The design for this, new 5400 square-foot home draws from the architecture of Antebellum mansions via the generous wrap-around porch, high ceilings, airy space planning, and richly developed exterior and interior details.

Historic design meets modern technology with pre-engineered panelized stud walls and trusses. The home is now under construction in the Montclair Steep Slope District.
