“We love Jonathan and Oasis. He just completed a major renovation of the back end of our 110 year old house, including a new open plan great room with powder room. It is magnificent. In terms of the process, when we met Jonathan he told us he would show us drawings of the "showstopper" option for our renovation, and we could work back from there. We opted for the showstopper: a full demolition of our existing kitchen and deck, an extended foundation, and then a great room with a raised octagonal cupola over our kitchen table with an entire back wall of windows. Jonathan provided a thorough list of contractors he trusts. We chose Solid Construction (Neil Sargentelli), and he also gets a 5 star rating. Before meeting Jonathan we had drawings made by two other architects, and neither were able to offer us any real enthusiasm or vision. Each time when it came time to hire a contractor we backed up, fearing we would do more damage than good and regret the process. When we met Jonathan he seemed genuinely excited about our house. He noticed every detail from the trees outside to the moldings around the closet doors. The process was long, but he was on board throughout, and nothing went over time or over budget.
